At herga, we pride ourselves in a rapid progression from discussion on the specification to a working prototype, often in less than two weeks. The first prototype provides an ideal basis for creating a clear specification of the final product and can often lead to enhancements of the product at minimal cost.
From your initial contact in respect of your project, through prototyping to final production, your local sales engineer and a dedicated design engineer will keep you informed of the progress and involve you in the evolution of your project. Should alternative solutions be identified, you will be made aware of any benefits of the alternatives and you will make the decision aided by the advice of the designer.
Need help with prototypes and small batch production ?
Having agreed the specification with you we can rapidly move from prototype to production. Our experienced and skilled assembly team is ideal for your small batch production (less than 100 units per week). For larger volumes we have built up long term relationships with high quality CEMs (contract electronic manufacturers) who hold their customers in the same high esteem as herga.
